WatchMe setup guide

Schedule creator posts from one WatchMe workspace

Prepare community announcements in advance, review each destination and choose when to send. WatchMe Pro keeps the draft, connected accounts and delivery results together.

Prepare destination-specific versions

Write a shared message, attach media and select the connected destinations. Use platform versions when a caption or media file needs to differ. Preview the actual account and media before opening the final review.

Schedule with account limits in mind

Choose a future date and time and check the timezone shown in the composer. Connections and permissions can change before delivery. Facebook Page and compatible Instagram publishing require the appropriate access; Instagram uses Business or Creator accounts.

Check results before retrying

A multi-destination post can succeed on one service and fail on another. Inspect Activity and individual destination results before retrying. WatchMe preserves delivery receipts to reduce duplicates; an uncertain provider response may require manual checking.

Know which actions need you

X uses a draft you finish in X. TikTok inbox uploads are not published posts: finish them in TikTok. Public TikTok Direct Post remains approval-dependent, and scheduled TikTok work requires current account and consent review. Do not treat either as unattended public publishing.
