WatchMe Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the WatchMe website, Discord integrations, dashboards, mobile applications and creator-community automation services. WatchMe is operated by Daniel in England, United Kingdom. By using WatchMe, you agree to these terms.
Service and accounts
WatchMe provides creator and Discord community tools including live alerts, account connections, scheduling and supported social publishing. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your accounts and use only accounts and content you are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account.
Connected platforms
Features that connect Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Meta or other services also depend on those platforms' terms, permissions and availability. You may disconnect a platform at any time. WatchMe does not claim ownership of your connected-platform account or original content.
Acceptable use
You must not use WatchMe to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, send spam, mislead users, evade platform restrictions, interfere with security, or publish content without the account holder's permission. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, platforms or the service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plan prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew through the named payment provider until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Availability and liability
We work to keep WatchMe reliable, but third-party APIs and hosting may be interrupted or changed. The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms and will post material changes with a revised effective date. You may stop using WatchMe and disconnect connected accounts at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to daniel@watchme-bot.com.
